Motion detection stopped working on Arlo Pro after battery recharge. General outage?

motion detection stopped working on my Arlo Pro after a battery recharge. Running man is showing. I've seen suggestions for removing and reinstalling. However, my question is "is there a general motion detection outage on Arlo?" some answers on many threads seem to say so.
