Motion detection is not working and cameras are armed and I have unplugged and plugged back in.

Can you confirm that the motion detector is working on the cameras.

Use the motion detector test utility under the camera settings.

Check if you have camera rules set for the armed mode. Look at the mode page and edit to access the mode and rules contained within.
