Motion detection doesn't activate recording every time. Used to be able to adjust?

Motion does not activate recording every time. I used to be able to adjust the sensitivity of this, but that option appears to be gone now. I cant believe there is not a better way to get help for this $1000 piece of equipment.???

Where are you adjusting the motion sensitivity, the option should still be in the camera rules for the mode you are running, not the camera settings which is for testing only.
