For about a week my Arlo app is stuck on “getting information” when I click on the Mode tab. All I can do is arm/disarm, I can no longer edit the motion detection sensitivity, camera/audio settings, nothing. I have the most up to date app and iOS and have restarted phone and base station numerous times. Not being able to adjust sensitivity or recording options is becoming an issue. Anyone have a solution?

I have a VMB4000r3 base station

Have you reinstalled the app as well as tried the web client (my.arlo.com)?

Yes I've logged out, deleted the app, restarted my phone, and reinstalled and its still stuck. On the website via computer, unfortunately, it shows all devices offline even though it updates with the latest recordings (on the app they show online and armed), but I also do not have a paid subscription so that might be why they don't show accurately online.

Long shot but try rebooting both your router and base, in that order.
