Missing videos and notifications for several weeks despite system being armed

Since several weeks we realized that some videos and notifications were missed despite being the system armed. We couldn’t know if it’s there some patron. Do you have the same problem?

Have you tried checking to see if the videos are showing on your library through the web client on your computer?
