I have two Arlo Pro systems at two properties. Loss of video on both systems. Says no recordings when it tells me there's over a thousand notifications. Brand new cameras I ordered will not hold a charge and only work when plugged into an outlet. Arlo website is very very glitchy as well as the app. No support available that I can find. Very disappointed in almost $2,000 of equipment that I bought. Several incidents where there is no recording when something happened on my property I need to see. Should have went with a different system or Professional installation.
