Missing Start Of Videos In App

Hi, new to the board

When I view videos via the online website saved from my arlo pro 2 cameras I seem to get a few seconds extra on the front at compared to using the apple based App on my phone where the motion is stationary for a few seconds before starting. Interestingly dowloading the video from both the website and app gives me the same the video with the video stationary for a few seconds before starting. I understand that I am not mains powered so by design I will always miss a few seconds whilst the motion detection kicks in but what I don't understand is why the video online via the website has additional seconds of footage?

Can you post a video showing the few seconds of stationary video?
