Is there a subscription that allows the cameras to record continuous feed for an hour? I need to record board meetings and can't find the info on the website. Thanks!

No. Live view will time out at 30 minutes to save those cameras that are on batteries (even if powered the timeout still applies). If you have a CVR (continuous video recording) subscription, that would capture the whole episode.

Of course, you could use live view to record manually and just start live view and another manual recording when the first one stops.

IMO, not the best system for that application.  In addition to the recording time limitation, I suspect you will also have issues getting good sound pickup from everyone at the meeting.  That is probably more important than the video, but other options would also get you better video quality.

If it were me, I'd connect an inexpensive USB camera and a table mic to a PC, and record the meetings with OBS or something similar.  If you sometimes have remote participants, you can record those sessions using Zoom or Teams instead.  Some mic options (two of many) would be

The Poly Sync units are speaker+mic, which will give good remote audio if you sometimes have remote participants.  I have a Poly Sync 20, and it works well.
