I have a brand new Arlo Pro 2, updated firmware. This morning I took a did a long manual recording (probably 4 minutes) on Camera A and the video never appeared in my library. I was recording on the Camera B at the same time. I have tried recording on the Camera A again this morning and it worked, so it's not that the camera can't record. What happened here? I really need to recover that footage (also - I am 100% positive this wasn't user error in terms of me not understanding how to record - the button was red and then I stopped it and it turned white.)
Some thoughts:
- Are we not able to record on two cameras at the same time?
- Is there a max length of manual recording that I went over?
If there is any way to recover this lost video - I would really appreciate it!
