Long Delay in Videos in Feed

I am getting a long delay, sometimes a day or more, before a video shows up in the feed. The live cameras work fine. I have tried all the troubleshooting suggested by Arlo, except for a restart, which I don't want to do unless I absolutely have to.

If you live stream and manually record, is the behavior the same?
Is this happening for all recordings or is the issue intermittent?

The behavior is the same when I select the live stream ; it does not record the video. It was not recording any videos - on the 17th there was nothing after 3:38pm. The 18th through the 21st there were no videos. It started working properly yesterday, the 22nd. However, although the missing recordings from the 19th through the 21st are now there, the 18th is still missing all videos. The issue is intermittent; it has happened before.
