Login then to security page, i want to access my cameras

I can log in to Arlo using my phone in the app period then when I get there, the subscription page comes up and does not allow me to access my cameras. How do I do that?

Are you the primary user (owner) or one that was granted access? If you're the owner, do you have any activity zones (which require AC power or a subscription)? If you do, try deleting them.
