Greetings everyone,
I am having trouble accessing my Arlo Pro 2 security camera system using my laptop's web browser. Specifically, I am experiencing login issues that prevent me from viewing my camera feeds remotely.
To give you some background, I am using a gaming laptop [https://www.lenovo.com/ca/en/d/gaming-laptops] running Windows 10 and have tried accessing the Arlo Pro 2 system using different browsers such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge. However, every time I try to log in to the Arlo website, I receive an error message that says "login failed." I have checked my username and password several times, and they are correct.
I have also tried clearing my browsing history, cookies, and cache, but the issue persists. Strangely, I can log in to the Arlo app on my mobile phone and view the camera feeds without any problem. Additionally, I can access the Arlo website using my laptop if I use a different internet connection, such as a mobile hotspot.
I would appreciate any suggestions or recommendations on how to troubleshoot this issue. I need to access my camera feeds from my laptop, and this problem is hindering my ability to do so.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
Best regards,
Judy

Is it failing at the 2 factor verification step, or is it failing before then?
Can you access the cameras from your phone after
- putting it into airplane mode
- re-enabling wifi, and connecting to your home wifi network

I am wondering if internet security software in your router is the issue. Have you tried logging in using your phone with mobile data turned off (airplane mode)?
Also, have you tried logging in on the laptop using email verification?
