Is it possible to get a spare ribbon cable for the 6 way ribbon cable?

Is it possible to get a spare ribbon cable for the 6 way ribbon cable that sits inside the battery compartment? Mine has been nicked at some point which means that I cant run it off the USB power adaptor. Works fine on batteries but now that winter is here it means changing them every couple of days....
