Is Arlo Pro 2 recommended?

I was about to puchase thr Arlo Pro 2 5 camera system, but thought I would browse the forum to see what the community was saying.
From the first few pages, the Arlo Pro 2 looks like a disaster. Nothing but problems with the android app and not being able to view live video. And I see no responses from Arlo acknowledgeing these issues, which is the biggest concern
Based on the comments here I am now leaning to the Blink system. I know it has fewer features than arlo, but their forums are not full of the major problems I am seeing here.
Would I be making a mistake to go with my original plan or arlow pro 2 for mostly indoor security moniting?

All systems have there Pros and Cons. I have been happy with the Arlo Pro 2. I have good ISP service and running the CM1100 with an XR700 and the Arlo system has been stable for me. I did have one small issue with the Modes but after removing all my devices from my account and doing a Hard Reset on the base station then readding the devices it has not had an issue sence. You could get the Blink and or Arlo and use them for a short time then just return them if you are not happy with it.
BTW: you will always find more negitive feed back on fourms then positive, just the way it goes. People post when they have issues or complaints and not when they like simething, or rearly do they post when they like something. just common scents

Yes, I know forums attract issue reports. But when I look at Blink's forums it is some issue reports but a lot of enhancement requests. This forum seems very negative on the product and especially the apps. I think I will pause my decision to see of the major issues are resolved
