I am showing two smart hub devices on my account. One of these hubs is showing a red dot? Before this situation occurred I would only see (1) hub and than my devices. Currently, the system (hub) is not activating or working. Camera's are all showing plenty of battery level and a connection.

What hub or base do you have? Look at the bottom for a VMB**** designation.

Just to add is if you’re using the arlo web portal/website login and the base station has a built in siren it shows up as a second device.
If you use the mobile app it has been removed.

The base icon with the red sound icon is for setting the alarm rule when making modes....
it is the same as the base above and there is really only one base.
Morse is faster than texting!
