I'm missing 1 of 6 cameras listed in the managed camera field

I missing 1 of 6 cameras listed in the managed camera field. 6 cameras are on the account but only 5 are displayed. How can I get the 6th camera to appear in this field?

Do you have a subscription for using the sixth camera?
The account is limited to five cameras without subscription unless you originally purchased a six camera bundle.

What subscription do you have?

Is the 6th camera listed under "no plan"?
