I keep having to re-create custom modes/rules

As the title states. I'm really fed up with my Arlo Pro 2 system. It seems like every single day I have to go in and re-create the rules for my custom modes. It's not a good system If it doesn't operate as promised. I don't have to re-create all the rules, but out of 12 rules (two modes with six rules each) I guarantee I have to recreate between four and five of them daily or every other day. I've done everything possible including deleting them from the account and starting a brand new account.
Now the Arlo Ultra system I have on the same network, doesn't suffer from the same issue. This has been going on for a year and a half now.
