I have No Internet Connection After Changing Battery

I charged the battery on my camera and I could not get an internet connection anymore. I performed about 40 troubleshooting maneuvers and I still get no internet connection. At one point I even got a strange email message from Arlo saying I had cancelled my account and wanting me to buy enhanced products. Help. This product is of no use to me if it doesn’t work.

We're investigating reports of some users receiving inaccurate emails from Arlo. For now, if these emails don't make sense or do not apply to your setup, they are safe to ignore, we hope to have this fixed soon.

 

When you say so charged your battery and no longer could get an internet connection, what do you mean? Is your camera showing offline? Have you tried resyncing the camera?

When you mean you still don't have any connection, are you referring to where your camera is showing offline or you are unable to sync your camera?
