I cant upgrade my Arlo Pro 2 Subscription- Pls Help

Hello All,
I have currently unstalled Arlo Pro 2 with 5 Cameras and Basic Subscription. I have bought an additional Base and 4 additional cameras. Since over a week, i have been trying to upgrade my Subscription to be able to connect my additinoal base and cameras with no luck, The website doesnt respond every time i try to go the the upgrade page for some reason.
Can someone help or suggest a solution since i have already bought the additional units already. thanks in advcance

What error are you receiving when trying to upgrade your Arlo Pro 2 subscription? Are you experiencing this problem on both the website and app?

I dont get any error message, the page just tries to laod then goes back to previous page. I was told after by the customer service that the upgrade option is not avaiable in my region (Dubai) after ive spent a couple of grands on arlo pro 2 gear.
