I cannot get local storage access to my footage even though i setup port forwarding and static DCHP

Using VMB 5000 i have access to one device (my iPhone) but on other devices using the same credentials i cannot get local storage access to play at all and its saying that my settings are correct on my phone for port forwarding but for my other clients i cant access it says the ports aren’t available even though its done though the router

They are either on the same WiFi network or using mobile hotspot and i cannot determine if this is a base station thing or a router issue

i have an asus AX11000 in mesh with two other nodes but the VMB5000 base station is on the main router that transmits to the others and is connected to the modem as well
