I can't get sound on the Windows 10 App

Can someone help me with getting sound on the windows 10 app? Everything works on my Iphone & Ipad, but nothing on my PC.

That's a browser and/or OS issue. Check the browser to see if Arlo is allowed. On Chrome, it's in:

 

chrome://settings/content/sound

Maybe also try downloading a video, and see if you get sound when you play the download.
