Unfettered access to my own Arlo information is gone. No way would I have spent this much, or any amount had I known this day was coming. Arlo was an asset; now they are our enemy.
If this outrage is not reversed, legal action hopefully results in a refund for me and every other aggrieved client. This unjust taking should not stand. I know for a fact that this development could not withstand any measure of judicial scrutiny.
The "solutions" from Arlo reps are really despicable takedowns. Why the hatred for cash customers?
I greatly regret what you've done to us and hope to recoup what are now sunk losses.
