Hub arlo wont sync with arlo app. Tried resetting. Router is on 2.4 hhz and 5.0.

Please help!

My arlo hub for arlo PRO 2 wont sync to the app arlo on my iPhone. I tryed the basic stuff and reset. But the app cant fint the hub. My router has 2,4 mhz and 5.0, can that be a problem? The lamp on the hub is Blue. I can see that its connected becuse the Wi-Fi.

What can i do? I havent tryed too sync the cameras yet.

Hi PerSwe,

 

Make sure that you plug in the Ethernet cable to the router before powering it on. You can read here to learn how to troubleshoot: Arlo can't discover my SmartHub or base station during installation; what do I do?
