After a ARLO hardware update last night, the time has reverted back to Pacific Time. When I go into My Arlo, I can select the base station but does not allow me to go any further. I get no drop down menu to reset my time zone. What gives?

Are you trying to set this in the base settings? Settings, My Devices, your base, Time Zone. Be sure to use the base, not the siren which is listed just below the base.

I never get the drop down menu. All I get is a drawing of the base station and a little pencil that lets me change the name of the station.

Wrong selection. Ever notice there seems to be 2 bases listed? The top on is the base, the lower one is the siren.
