How do I change the record time for each camera?

How do I change the record time for each camera?? I was able to a couple months ago now I cannot

That's set in your modes and rules. The rule for each camera has the recording settings you wish. Be sure to save at every opportunity.

I do not have a "rules" option in Mode

After selecting Mode, click on your base. That takes you to the available modes which sound like you will see only Armed, Disarmed, Schedule and Geofencing. Edit the Armed mode and you can change the rules for each camera.
