How can I connect my Arlo Pro 2 camera to my 17 gaming laptop?

Hi everyone,

I came here for the first time as I am using Arlo Pro 2 camera in which I've been experiencing with that. I am connecting my arlo pro 2 camera to my 17 gaming laptop[https://www.lenovo.com/de/de/d/17-inch-laptops].

To provide some background,

Arlo Pro 2 cameras are designed to be used wirelessly, so the most common way to connect them to a laptop would be through the Arlo app. Here are the steps which I have followed:

1. Download and install the Arlo app on your laptop from the Microsoft Store or the Arlo website.
2. Open the Arlo app and sign in to your Arlo account.
3. Select "Add Device" from the dashboard screen and follow the instructions to set up your camera.
4. Once the camera is set up, you should be able to view the live stream and access any other camera features through the Arlo app on your laptop.

But still problem is persist.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I'm keen to connection my Arlo Pro 2 camera to my 17 gaming laptop.

Is the camera and base onboarded via the app?

Or is the issue that the camera and base aren't onboarded at all?
