HomeKit still not working

Hi. In a previous thread we've been trying to fix my HomeKit connection. We've tried resetting the token several times but it's still not working. It just remains stuck on Searching For Devices. Can you help please?

Which version of iOS are you running right now?  Can you try adding on another iOS device by chance?

I'm on iOS 15.3.1 (the latest). I tried my wife's iPhone and that had exactly the same issue. Can we try something else please?

Have we tried removing and reinstalling the Arlo app?

Hi. Yes we’ve tried reinstalling the app. We’ve also checked the iOS and software is up to date and we’ve also checked on my wife’s phone too. Is there anything else we can try?

Can you update to the Arlo app v 3.6 and iOS 15.4 and test again.
