Have single camera Arlo subscription plan, cannot add selected camera to be monitored.

Have you tried both in a PC browser (my.arlo.com) and the app?

Yes, no cameras appear in the active camera list to drag to the monitored camera box in the Manage Camera page.

So nothing listed in "no plan"?

All cameras are listed, they are all grayed out, cannot highlight them to drag to include in the plan.

I haven't seen that - perhaps @JamesC or @ShayneS will offer a suggestion.  They might also be able to facilitate a connection to support.

What web browser are you using? You might try a different web browser, or clear the cache and test again to see if you still experience the same behavior.
