HD Pro 2 Cam no connection or so....

My Pro 2 camera loses connection to the base station after a few days (about 10).
Batteries charged, internet connection works, my to other cams work as well.
I do not change distance between cam and base, other cams have even longer distance.
The problem cam show no lights, when opening batteriecover and closing it.
Firmware is up to date.
Only way for me to get it work again, is removing the batterie, put it back in and sync again with base station.
Not what i suppose to have within a year having an expansive camerasystem!!!
Please help quick!!

Have you tried to remove the camera from Settings > My devices & re-add the camera?
