Getting kicked out when viewing on one account

Before the updates: my wife and I were using one account with 4 cameras on one base. No problem for 3 years. AFTER the update my wife was locked out of the account. Now when I send her access we are being required to create a new account for her. If she uses the login that we have been using to log in it kicks me out of the account and vice verse ... We are being required to open an additional account for her. PLEASE ADVICE

You must have been lucky for 3 years if you always used only the primary account for both of you to access the system. It has always kicked out the first person logged in when a second login from the same account succeeds. The only way for multiple people to log in at the same time is to use Settings, Grant Access to her email account which will require a new login for her. It's always been that way.
