Hi - I have the Arlo Pro 2 5-camera pack that came with the VMB4000 base station. I bought a 6th camera and would rather not pay $10/month to add it to my account as I don’t need any of the benefits that come with that. I saw that I could get another base station, pair the camera with that, and add it to my original account.
My question is - should I get another base station or a smart hub? The comparison the Arlo website doesn’t help as it shows literally the same features.
Thanks!

If you'll never buy a camera that requires a SmartHub, the base is fine. Depending on which hub you might get, I prefer one that allows a USB drive to be connected as opposed to the microSD card that the VMB5000 uses.
