Geofencing not working properly on iPhone 5

Cannot get Geofencing mode to work / recognize my wife's iPhone 5 (running iOS version 10.3.3). 

 

ISSUE: No "ARLO" app icon appearing in the apps area of her iPhone's settings, nor does "Arlo" appear as an option within the Location  Services of her iPhone.  So there seems to be no way to enable Location Services at all. 

 

Note:

I have already re-installed the app twice;

There are no special characters or spaces in her i{hone's name (her iPhone does appear in the list of "Enabled devices" in my Arlo app's Geofencing options); and

She accepted my invite via email and now has an account via that invite and is running the app on her iPhone. 

 

Anyone have any ideas - - beyond removing and then re-installing the latest Arlo app a third time? 

 

Exact model off the original retail box reads "VMS4230P-100NAS".  It's the Arlo Pro 2 two camera set, purchased new 1 week ago.

Hey @boze44,

 

Try to uninstall the Arlo app, restart your iPhone and reinstall it again to see if that fixes the issue.
