Geofencing issue since iOS 3.0 Update

Ever since the most recent update, the geofence does not work correctly for my Arlo pro 2 base for my wife’s iPhone. My iPhone still shows location, but her phone shows “unavailable” for the pro 2 base.

Our Arlo smart hub 5000 and two light bridges both work for her location, it’s only the pro 2 showing “unavailable”.

I have tried the following steps...

-Rebooting phone
-force quiting the app
-hard boot the phone
-Turning off the location for the device in Arlo app then turning back on
-turning off the app location a ettings of phone and resetting back to “always alllow”
-restarting and hard booting again after all those steps

Anyone else having similar geofencing issue since most recent update?

Did you happen to try and remove and re-download the Arlo app?

Not yet, it did start working randomly 2 days ago. But today, it doesn’t even show her phone as “unavailable” now, it’s just blank where it normally shows the status next to her device being checked off in the box.

I will try deleting and reinstalling this evening...

Okay, thanks for the update. Arlo app v3.0.1 is out now, so hopefully that update/re-install might remedy the issue you are experiencing.
