Does anyone know how to get through to Arlo? I can't get past the level one service reps. They keep telling me someone from level 2 wil contact me.

I have been having problems since the fall and have called no less than 10 times, sent 10 screen shots and logs.

I simply am getting fed up. Clearly this is an app problem when they created the newest version. Everything worked awesome until then.

I would like to talk to head office but that isn't likely, just need to get through the gatekeeper.

The last guy told me one solution was to adjust the sensetivity down so I wouldn't end up trigger the cameras when I am home, lol. My response was that may work, but what about the criminals, they wouldn't trigger the cameras. Hilarious.
