Please assist me with trying to get my second base to load, and then the cameras. During the cold I brought a couple in and reset. Now while trying to load again, it is not letting me. I tried many times all the instructions given in the program. Unplugging, restarting, ethernet first. I have tried from my iPhone Arlo app and from my main computer even hooking it up straight to network. The reason I have two bases is to have 8 cameras and then sharing them. I was able to set both bases up on one account, but cameras were not loading on second base. Now I am trying to load the base on the second account and unable to do so. Please help.
