Family's second iPhone cannot locate my Arlo Pro2's base station. Works fine on first iPhone.

My VMB4000 Arlo Pro Base station and cameras were purchased about 1 year ago. There has been no issues in installing and using it on my family's first iPhone. Recently the family had a second iPhone and the latest Arlo app was downloaded on it. But I had difficulty to connect this new phone with the Arlo system.  I followed the app's screen information and the iPhone constantly says can not find the base station, while the base station is perfectly working. Any advice on this?

It sounds like you've set up a new account.  You can't add the cameras or base to two different accounts.  Instead you need to grant access to the new account from your existing one.
