Receiving error message when trying to log in on the app. Usually have no problems, have had camera since December. Already changed password and uninstalled and reinstalled. Help please

What error are you seeing?

 

If the two-factor authentication is failing, did you try using email?  (easiest to check for the email on a nearby PC).

Yupp tried all of that. Try to use email then when I go to email to get code and back to Arlo app it resets again. So can’t use the code

Which is why I suggested doing this near a PC, and use the PC to read the email.

 

Once you are logged in, you should be able to set the phone as a trusted device.
