"Oops, an error has occurred, try again" message when i try to log into my account. I've already tried all the troubleshooting tips provided on the app. Can anyone help ?

App or web client? Have you tried both? For the app, try force closing and clearing the cache. If no good, reboot the phone and reinstall the app. For the web client, clear the cache and cookies for arlo.com.

App, I've done all of that and still get the same error message. Gives me the same message when i touch the link to reset my password too. Maybe the Arlo app for Pro 2 is down....?

Might be worth trying the web portal, it could be a local server issue with arlo as my iOS app is still working.
