When ever my husband checks the cameras, then I try right after I have an error message that says device doesn't belong to user. Why is this happening?

I've never seen that one.

Are you using the same account?  Or does one of you use your own account with granted access?

Ok.  So you have your own account (the user name is your email address), and he's granted you access.

But the error is weird, particularly because you are seeing it and he isn't.

Perhaps contact support. https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/contact.aspx

Your husband might also try granting access to that camera again.

I am a Android phone user I have similar issues during DISARM of the cameras. This is my way to fix it when the error message occurs.

-Go the phone 'Settings'.

-Go to the 'Apps'.

-Locate the 'Arlo' App then press the 'Force stop' button to temporary disable the 'Arlo' App.

-Restart the 'Arlo' App to DISARM. (no re-login is required most of the time)

I guess the problem is with the 'Arlo' App on the Android. Not sure if the Apple's are having the same issues or not. I have those cameras for a few years these issues did not occur initially and now it is happening quite frequently. It is a bit annoying.
