Enabling activity zones and look back features with solar panel

Can I get Activity Zones and 3 seconds look back Features when Arlo Pro 2 is plugged in to Solar Panel ?

Or does it have to be plug it in to an indoor power outlet ?

No, the solar panels only supply enough power to recharge...not run the special features ( that need ac adapter )
