EOL clarification

The recent EOL policy states that it excluded the UK - what is it that defines the geography? I have hardware originally from the US running in the UK...EOL or not?

Upon account creation your account has a country/region code associated with it. The eol policy applies to all accounts created outside EU/UK. For any additional clarification, I encourage you to reach out to support for your region by navigating to Settings > Support within the Arlo Secure mobile app.
