Hello all. Starting a few days ago, with the most recent update to the Arlo app, I am now receiving double notifications on all Moen detect cameras on my system. This has not been an issue before. I’ve been sure that all hardware is up to speed, in terms of firmware updates, and no new app updates available. Anybody have any ideas?

Same problem here, I have 4 Arlo Ultra HD and also get double notifications.
IOS 18.1, Arlo App 5.05 (8508).

I'm having this same issue with double notifications. Where I notice it most is when I switch my alerts on my app. For example when I switch from arm away activated to standby, I get two alerts.

Does this symptom still occur with Arlo app version 5.0.2?
You can remove and reinstall the Arlo app if you do not see the update in the App store.

This has been the case for me for literal years and I’ve just been dealing with. I have a door bell and two, now sometimes more, notifications for the same event. It’s actually maddening and I don’t know why I’ve put up with it for so long. Please let me know if there’s a fix. I’ll give you whatever app, device, or phone info you need!

Consider yourself lucky. I'm getting three notifications.
Arlo Pro 3, latest app, etc.

I may have a possible fix. I think these are the steps I followed:
In iOs Settings > Notifications > Arlo Secure
I turned off the Banners and then closed and restarted the Arlo Secure app.
Next I turned off Allow Notifications, closed the Arlo Secure app, turned on Allow Notifications, and restarted the Arlo Secure app. I now only receive one notification per activity.
Maybe only one step fixed things, but those are the steps I think I followed.

I thought it was better. But I just got a double. I had 2 pop up notifications but when I clicked on it there was only one. My suspicion is that one was for person which was right and one for motion. I have to say it is better but still happening.

I even get double notifications when I change my camera status. I have mine set up for away, or home and when I switch it back and forth it alerts twice. It's so frustrating.
