Hello all. Starting a few days ago, with the most recent update to the Arlo app, I am now receiving double notifications on all Moen detect cameras on my system. This has not been an issue before. I’ve been sure that all hardware is up to speed, in terms of firmware updates, and no new app updates available. Anybody have any ideas?

In answer to your question, I'm on iOS 17.7. The version of the Arlo app is 5.04 (8465) Released Oct. 9, 2024 so it's the latest. Only happens with my Wired Essential Doorbell camera. I usually get, on average, four notifications, audio and video.

Can you remove and reinstall your app to test with the 5.0.5 version of the Arlo app?

For what it is worth, I am on 5.0.5 and I’m still having the same issue with my four wireless cameras.

Same problem here, I have 4 Arlo Ultra HD and also get double notifications. 

IOS 18.1, Arlo App 5.05 (8508).

Me too. Still getting double notifications.

Been a very long time Arlo customer. Never had a problem until recently. Now I get multiple alerts. Last count was 4. For the same event.
I’ve read all the archives back several years and this was a problem back in 2021/22 so why am I seeing this now? Fix this  Arlo before I go to Ring.
