Before I purchase some VMA4600 solar panels, just ensuring these are also fully compatible with the Arlo Pro 2 cameras. Can't seem to absolutely verify this by googling. Thanks

Yes they are. I am using one on a pro 2 as are many others. Just keep in mind that using the solar panel on the Pro 2 is not the same as having it plugged into a power supply so those advanced features will not work when plugged into the panel.

Not my thread, but just wanted to question. Plugging it into the solar panel would *not* enable to advanced features?
I was tempted to purchase the solar panel for our outside camera for that purpose alone, but the fact the advanced features will not be enabled has put me off. Might have to reconsider.

Consider the solar panel to be a trickle charger. There's no way it will produce enough constant power (especially at night) to power the camera. It's function is simply to keep the battery charged.
