Will the Arlo Pro 2 plugged in with the power cable set to record “motion only” NOT 24/7 require a upgraded account?
Also can you create zones when plugged in and set up to record motion only?

Upgrades are for more than 5 cameras, longer video retention, and/or CVR (and soon Arlo Smart). So no, you won't need to upgrade your account if you merely want the camera to remain powered full time
