With our new camera's they say they give you 90 days of support, but this is not true. They would not help me unless I bought a plan. When I said I was considering returning them unless I got them to work Customer Support hung up on me. 

Horrible - DO NOT BUY THESE

How did you reach phone support w/o a subscription (perhaps trial)???  If you googled for a number, then you likely were talking to a scam support site.

 

You posted in the Pro 2 section - can you confirm those are the cameras you are talking about?  If the camera opens, you can open the housing and remove the battery - there is a label inside that has the camera model.

Yes, I have a 90 day trial support through April with my purchase. 

Yes, these are the Arlo 2 cameras - I just bought them at Costco at Christmas. 

The number I dialed was 877-436-2016

Use the support area in the app - you will find phone support there.

 

Googling for a support number won't work.
