Detection alert received but no cloud recording available?

is this recoding missing on the Arlo app and on the web portal?

Hi ShayneS,
The recordings showed up several hours later in the IPhone App.
Not sure if it was missing in the Web Portal at the time of the alert l to be honest.

I've been seeing the same problem as well. Front and back cameras reported moition several times at night with no recordings, within minutes of each other. Moition sensitive lights are all on as well.

  May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest any prior methods you have previously performed.

Same issue, have restarted the base station.  Can not see recordings for at least the last 4 days, maybe 5.  

Also, can not see recordings on either my desktop or iPhone SE.  I have deleted the app on my phone and reloaded with no change.
