Delayed recordings

My arlo recordings don't display in the library until the afternoon. I am in New Zealand. It seems the recordings start showing when GMT switches to the current day (thus around 1pm NZ time).

 

The main account holder has no delay on their recordings.

 

I have been granted administrative rights from the main account holder. (I.e. they hold the account, and I can see the recordings and make changes to devices).

 

I've seen someone suggest change the timezone, which only the main account holder can do. The timezone is already correct.

 

I am on Android. The main account holder is on IOS.

 

I've tried clearing the cache and data, and uninstalling and reinstalling, but still the same problem.

 

This has been going on for several months now. There never used to be a problem.

 

What can I do??

Is the main account holder in a different location (different country, region etc.)? If the account was created locally, the time zone should be applicable to the region you're in.

Hi,

We are both in the same time zone...both in the same house!

The account was created in the same location.

As I mentioned, the main account holder has no problems - it is just me, as the friend with access granted to me. These problems only started happening maybe 3 months ago.

I am in Switzerland and have exactly the same kind of problem as you.   

 

I am a premium subscriber to Arlo paying the maximum subscription for "unlimited" cameras.  I have 5 cameras connected to the base station.

 

I live in Switzerland and my time-zone is set to Switzerland on the base station (UTC+01:00). I am the account holder.  All cameras were set up in my home and have never moved.

 

All cameras are set to "Armed" in mode.  They are not set to geo-fenced or in any schedule.  Nioght vision is on.

 

I cannot get recordings between about 11:30pm and 09:30am (times are very approximate), even though the recordings are happening.  In other words night-time recordings don't show up until the next day after about 9:00 Swiss time.

 

There is nothing wrong with my internet.  Everything works perfectly 24/24.  But the night-time recordings never show up until the next day.  $that applies on all my devices, whether on my lo^cal network or on the 5g telephone network, and it makes not difference whether I am using the Arlo App, or accessing my recodings via a web-browser.

 

I can access the cameras live throughtout the night by clicking on "devices", and see a photo of the last movement, but the corresppnding recording of the movement won't show up in the Library section until the next day.

 

I have tried all the usual suggestions from the community and from the (useless) support, like changing the time zone, switching all devices off and on, including routers, base stations and cameras.  I've even trried changing base stations for a diffent base station.   My devices are Arlo Pro and Arlo Pro 2 cameras, and they are all wireless and battery operated.
