I recently purchased additional Arlo Pro cameras and solar panels because I love this product.
I've noticed that 1 camera kept saying it needed to be charged even though it's connected to a solar panel. I went to inspect it and found my solar panel with water and is no longer charging my camera plus somehow my camera is full of water as well. See picture.
This panel was bought in 2022 and the camera in 2020. I have a subscription and would like to have my warranty exchange these.

Unless you're in the EU or other region that may have a 2 year warranty period, you would seem to be out of luck. You can use the app to go to Settings, Support to see what official support may offer. You'll need the dated receipt to prove purchase date.
Not much you can do about the solar panel having water in it - it would seem to be a manufacturing defect. The camera, however, has a battery door that needs to be properly sealed to prevent water from entering. A missing/damaged/improperly seated o-ring is the likely cause although if the door wasn't fully closed that could be the cause. You may be able to continue to use the camera if you bring it inside and use techniques like would be used for a waterlogged cell phone to dry it out. That may not work but it's worth a shot.

I am in the USA. Therefore I want to exercise the warranty. Also, the camera was closed properly and functioning until it stopped charging.

It's one year from date of purchase, so not possible.
