Corrupted Video (stretched) when viewing video

Over the last few days one of camera's will occaisonaly show corrupted video. Does anyone know why it would be doing this.  I've only had the unit a couple of months.

I would restart the base and maybe reinsert the battery in the camera to reset it. WHat signal level is shown for the camera?
